Our case with the Copyright Office finished processing in January 2011 and the official copyright is on file under the Registration Number TXu 1-700-671. We, the sole creators of ScreenWatcher, reserve the right to release new versions of the software with different features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, general availability or other characteristics, as stated in the below license.
We have decided to release the current version of ScreenWatcher as an open source application available for all to modify and redistribute under the following terms.
All source code, binary executables, documentation, and accompanying files of all versions of ScreenWatcher and its related applications (e.g. Class Designer) are released strictly under the Reciprocal Public License 1.5. This license was written by Technical Pursuit Inc. and is hosted by the Open Source Initiative.

Should you choose to use or modify our software in any way, you, the licensee, are responsible for reading, understanding, and accepting the license. Please note that this is a nonfree license.
